Self-Acceptance Yoga Collective is where I teach yoga — using movement, breath, and presence as tools to return to self. Free from comparison, competition, or the need to prove anything, this trauma-informed practice welcomes your full self to the mat, exactly as you are.

A recurring yoga series I am hosting across Atlanta during the Fall 2025. Each class blends mindful breathwork, soulful vinyasa flow, and restorative wall poses set to curated playlists. These sessions invite you to slow down, move with rhythm, and let the practice carry you back to yourself.

I partner with brands and businesses to bring yoga into community spaces in fresh, intentional ways. From in-store events to co-branded series, these collaborations are about weaving movement, music, and mindfulness into experiences that center presence and connection.

What to Expect

  • A non-performative space, presence over perfection.

  • Classes are designed for every body and background including plus-size movers, seniors, and mixed-level groups.

  • Soulful playlists. Intentional sequencing, and practices that reduce pain, build mobility, and invite rest.
